Property and Cancellation Policies

Full Charge - Full Stay - If cancelled within 7 days of arrival

Partial Charge - 50% of Full Stay - If cancelled within 14 days of arrival

No parties allowed.
No smoking indoors. There will be a $200 charge for smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors you must pick up your cigarette butts and not leave any trash. 
No shooting guns or fireworks on property. 
While we do have some units that have less steps, we do not have any units that are ADA compliant. 
Do not take the white towels outdoors. They are for indoor use. 
The pool is seasonal and the recreation center hours may fluctuate with staffing. 
No cancellations or refunds for things out of our control such as outages. Any outages will be reported immediately. 
Eagle Village is under renovation and some units may be more recently updated than others.
